In these Terms & Conditions, the following definitions apply unless the context requires otherwise:

• "beet100," "we," "us," or "the Platform" refers to beet100 and its operators, as accessible at beet100.club.
• "You" or "Player" refers to any individual who registers for, accesses, or uses the beet100 platform in any capacity.
• "Account" means the registered user account created by a Player to access beet100 services.
• "Real Money Balance" means PHP funds held in a Player's beet100 wallet derived from actual deposits.
• "Bonus Balance" means promotional funds, free spins, or other incentives credited to a Player's account subject to wagering requirements.
• "Games" means all casino games, live dealer games, slot titles, bingo rooms, crash games, and any other gaming products available on beet100.
• "Sportsbook" means the sports betting section of beet100, covering pre-match and in-play wagering markets.
• "PAGCOR" means the Philippine Amusement and Gaming Corporation.
• "PHP" or "₱" means Philippine Peso, the sole currency of account at beet100.

By registering an Account on beet100, clicking any acceptance checkbox during the registration process, or by continuing to access or use any part of the beet100 platform after these Terms have been published or updated, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be legally bound by these Terms & Conditions in their entirety.

These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and beet100. If you do not accept these Terms in full, you must not create an Account and must immediately cease use of the beet100 platform.

To be eligible to register and maintain an active beet100 Account, you must satisfy all of the following requirements at all times:

• You are at least 21 years of age or older. This is the minimum age for participation in online gaming in the Philippines as mandated by PAGCOR.
• You are a resident of, or otherwise accessing the platform from, a jurisdiction where online gaming is permitted under applicable law.
• You are not subject to a self-exclusion order, whether placed by you on beet100 or imposed by any gaming regulatory authority.
• You are acting on your own behalf and not as an agent, nominee, or representative of any third party.
• You have not been previously banned or had an Account closed by beet100 for a breach of these Terms.
• You have full legal capacity to enter into a binding contract under Philippine law.

Each individual may hold only one (1) active Account on beet100. The registration of multiple accounts by the same individual — whether using different email addresses, mobile numbers, payment methods, or devices — constitutes a material breach of these Terms and will result in the immediate closure of all associated accounts and forfeiture of any balances therein.

At the time of registration, you agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information including but not limited to:

• Your legal full name as it appears on a valid Philippine government-issued identification document.
• A valid and accessible email address that you own and control.
• A Philippine mobile number that you own and are the registered subscriber of.
• Your date of birth for the purpose of age verification.

You are responsible for maintaining the accuracy of your registration information. beet100 may request documentary verification of any registration detail at any time. Failure to provide satisfactory verification within a reasonable period may result in Account suspension or closure.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your beet100 login credentials, including your password and any two-factor authentication codes. beet100 will never ask for your password by email, phone, or live chat.

You agree that you will:

• Choose a strong, unique password for your beet100 Account that you do not use on any other platform.
• Not share your login credentials with any other person under any circumstances.
• Log out of your Account when using a shared or public device.
• Notify beet100 immediately if you suspect unauthorized access to your Account.

beet100 accepts no liability for any loss or damage arising from your failure to comply with these security obligations. Any activity conducted using your Account credentials — whether authorized by you or not — is your responsibility unless you have promptly notified beet100 of a security breach.

All deposits to beet100 Accounts are processed in Philippine Peso (PHP). Accepted deposit methods currently include GCash, PayMaya, BPI Online, BDO Online Banking, Metrobank Online, Visa, and Mastercard. Available methods may change from time to time; refer to the current deposit page in your Account for the live list of supported methods.

The following rules apply to all deposits:

• The minimum deposit is ₱100 per transaction unless otherwise stated in a specific promotion.
• Deposits must be made from payment accounts or instruments registered in your own name. Third-party deposits — i.e., deposits from accounts belonging to another person — are strictly prohibited.
• beet100 does not charge fees for standard deposits. However, your payment provider may impose their own transaction fees, for which beet100 accepts no liability.
• Deposited funds will be credited to your beet100 Real Money Balance promptly upon confirmation from the payment provider. Processing times vary by method; GCash and PayMaya typically confirm instantly.
• beet100 reserves the right to reverse or withhold any deposit that it reasonably suspects to be fraudulent, made in error, or in breach of these Terms.

Players may request withdrawal of their Real Money Balance at any time, subject to the following conditions:

• Your beet100 Account must be fully verified before any withdrawal is processed. Verification requires submission of a valid government-issued photo ID and proof of ownership of your nominated withdrawal method.
• Withdrawals must be made to a payment account registered in your own name. beet100 will not process withdrawals to third-party accounts.
• Bonus Balances and any winnings derived from bonus funds are subject to wagering requirements and cannot be withdrawn until those requirements are met in full.
• beet100 reserves the right to conduct additional security and fraud checks before processing any withdrawal, which may extend processing times. Players will be notified if additional documentation is required.
• beet100 may set withdrawal limits from time to time. Current limits are displayed in the withdrawal section of your Account.

beet100 offers various promotional bonuses including but not limited to welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, free spins, cashback, and tournament prize pools. All bonuses are subject to specific terms that are communicated at the time the offer is presented. The following general rules apply to all beet100 bonuses:

• Each bonus may only be claimed once per player, household, IP address, and payment method unless explicitly stated otherwise.
• Bonus funds are credited to a separate Bonus Balance and are subject to wagering requirements that must be fulfilled before conversion to withdrawable Real Money Balance.
• Wagering requirements must be met within the stated validity period. Unused bonus funds and associated winnings will expire at the end of the validity period.
• beet100 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any promotion at any time without prior notice.
• In the event of any dispute regarding the application of bonus terms, beet100's decision is final.
• Promotional abuse — including but not limited to bonus hunting, collusion, or exploitation of errors — will result in immediate Account suspension and forfeiture of any bonuses or winnings obtained through such conduct.

All casino games offered on beet100 — including slots, live dealer games, bingo, and crash games — are operated using certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology or through live dealer systems managed by licensed software providers. Game outcomes are determined independently of beet100's platform and cannot be influenced by the Company or any player.

Each game is governed by its own specific rules, which are accessible within the game interface. By placing a bet in any beet100 game, you acknowledge that you have read and understood the applicable game rules.

In the event of a technical malfunction, disconnection, or server error that disrupts a game session, beet100 will attempt to restore the session to its pre-interruption state. Where this is not possible, bets placed during the interrupted session may be voided and staked amounts refunded to the Player's Real Money Balance. The outcome of any incomplete game round shall not be recognized as a valid result.

The beet100 sportsbook allows Players to place real-money wagers on pre-match and in-play sporting events including but not limited to PBA, NBA, UFC, international boxing, football, and other markets. The following rules apply to all sports betting activity on beet100:

• Bets are accepted only when the market is open. beet100 reserves the right to suspend or close any market at any time without prior notice.
• All odds are expressed in the format selected in your Account settings and are correct at the time the bet is placed. In-play odds may change between the time you request a bet and the time it is confirmed.
• beet100 reserves the right to void any bet that has been placed using erroneous odds resulting from a pricing error, system fault, or feed error.
• In the event of a match being abandoned, postponed, or not completed within the defined time window, beet100 applies standard sporting voiding rules as set out in the full sportsbook terms, accessible from within the betting interface.
• Maximum winnings per single bet event may be capped. Current limits are displayed in your Account.

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on beet100 and constitutes grounds for immediate Account suspension and forfeiture of any balances:

• Registering more than one Account, whether using your own or another person's identity.
• Providing false, misleading, or incomplete information during registration or verification.
• Using funds derived from criminal activity, money laundering, or fraud to fund your beet100 Account.
• Colluding with other players to exploit game mechanics or sportsbook markets.
• Using any automated software, bot, script, or other artificial mechanism to access or interact with beet100 games or systems.
• Exploiting software bugs, errors, or system vulnerabilities to gain an unfair advantage.
• Engaging in or facilitating any form of match-fixing, insider betting, or corruption in relation to events available on the beet100 sportsbook.
• Making deposits or withdrawals through payment accounts that do not belong to you.
• Harassing, threatening, or abusing beet100 staff or other players via any communication channel.

beet100 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any Account at any time if it reasonably believes that:

• A Player has breached any provision of these Terms & Conditions.
• A Player does not meet or no longer meets the eligibility requirements set out in Clause 3.
• Continued operation of the Account poses a regulatory, legal, or financial risk to beet100 or its players.
• A transaction associated with the Account is suspected to be fraudulent or involved in money laundering activity.

Where an Account is suspended pending investigation, beet100 will endeavor to complete its review within a reasonable timeframe. Players whose Accounts are closed following a confirmed breach of these Terms shall forfeit any Bonus Balance and, where legally required, any Real Money Balance that cannot be returned due to anti-money laundering obligations.

A Player may voluntarily close their beet100 Account at any time by contacting the support team. Any remaining Real Money Balance will be returned via the Player's nominated payment method following final verification checks.

beet100 is committed to promoting responsible gaming and minimizing the risk of gambling-related harm. The Platform provides a suite of tools that Players may use to manage their gaming activity, including:

• Deposit Limits: Daily, weekly, and monthly limits that prevent deposits beyond a Player-defined threshold.
• Session Time Limits: Restrictions on the duration of a single gaming session.
• Reality Checks: Periodic pop-up notifications reminding Players of the time elapsed during an active session.
• Cool-Off Periods: Temporary exclusion from the Platform ranging from 24 hours to 30 days.
• Self-Exclusion: Permanent exclusion from the beet100 platform at the Player's request. Self-exclusions are activated immediately and are not reversible during the active exclusion period.

beet100 complies with PAGCOR's responsible gaming requirements, including the 21+ minimum age mandate. All content on the beet100 platform — including but not limited to the beet100 brand name and logo, website design, graphics, text, software, game interfaces, marketing materials, and audio-visual content — is the property of beet100 or its licensed content providers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the beet100 platform solely for personal, non-commercial gaming purposes. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, publicly display, or otherwise exploit any content from beet100 without prior written consent from beet100 or the relevant rights holder.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, beet100 shall not be liable for:

• Any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to access the beet100 platform.
• Loss of winnings resulting from a verified technical malfunction that has been voided in accordance with these Terms.
• Any interruption, suspension, or withdrawal of the beet100 service, whether scheduled or unscheduled.
• Unauthorized access to your Account resulting from your failure to maintain adequate credential security.
• Actions or omissions of third-party payment processors, software providers, or data networks beyond beet100's reasonable control.

Nothing in these Terms shall exclude or limit beet100's liability for fraud, gross negligence, or any other liability that cannot be excluded by law.

beet100 collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into and forms part of these Terms & Conditions. By registering an Account, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.

beet100 may be required to share Player information with PAGCOR, law enforcement authorities, or other regulatory bodies where required by applicable law, including for the purposes of anti-money laundering and counter-terrorism financing compliance. beet100 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. Where a change materially affects your rights or obligations, beet100 will endeavor to provide reasonable notice via the email address registered to your Account or by a prominent notice on the platform.

Your continued use of the beet100 platform following the publication of amended Terms constitutes your acceptance of those changes. If you do not agree with the updated Terms, you must stop using beet100 and may close your Account in accordance with Clause 12. The current version of these Terms is always available at beet100.club/terms-conditions.

These Terms & Conditions, and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them or their subject matter or formation (including non-contractual disputes or claims), shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines.

The parties agree that the courts of the Philippines shall have exclusive jurisdiction to settle any dispute or claim that arises out of or in connection with these Terms or their subject matter. beet100 operates under the Philippine online gaming regulatory framework administered by the Philippine Amusement and Gaming Corporation (PAGCOR).
